1. to prepare proposed amendments to the Local Constitution and present them to the Executive, for information, and to the Local Annual Meeting, for approval
2. to support the development of Committee Terms of Reference, as needed, for approval by the Executive
3. to support the development of Local policies and procedures, as needed
