Terms of Reference

1. to develop a fiscally responsible and feasible annual budget for the Local
2. to present the proposed annual budget to the Executive, for information purposes
3. to present the proposed annual budget to the general membership at the Local's Annual Meeting, for approval
4. to review the Local's expense and reimbursement policies, including constitution Article XII (Finances), and to make recommendations for proposed changes to the Executive
