Terms of Reference

1. to review submissions from the membership regarding proposed resolutions
2. to propose resolutions to be submitted, by the Local, to ETFO Annual Meeting
3. to redirect items that are not resolutions to the appropriate committee (e.g., Local Constitution, Collective Bargaining)
4. to connect with other Locals regarding submission of similar resolutions
